Who We Are.

Sheri Brenner, President & CEO

14 years ago, Sheri founded RMI Recruiting with the intent to build a team dedicated to producing at the highest level for her clients. She wakes up every day excited to connect with her team, their clients, & their candidates.The company has grown organically through referrals due to her team achieving extraordinary results.

Prior to RMI, Sheri was a Luxury Buyer for Bloomingdale’s, a Product Development Manager for Neiman Marcus,  a Procurement Manager based in Asia, and a Multi-Store Owner of Home Furnishings boutiques. She has lived and worked in several countries around the world, which gives her a unique perspective on global recruiting and sourcing.

Sheri loves the recruiting business because it allows her to do what she does naturally...connect people!

When Sheri isn't working, you can find her hiking, skiing, working out or playing tennis. 

Fun fact: Sheri and her husband foster dogs, are cooking connoisseurs, and are looking forward to this coronavirus being over so they can start traveling again! 

Hillary Brody

In 2013, Hillary Brody joined RMI as a Recruiting Manager. Prior to RMI, she spent ten years at Random House and then spent an additional ten years as an Account Executive for a New York staffing firm. Hillary doesn't leave a stone unturned and will not quit until she find the perfect person for every job she works on. She absolutely loves what she does and can undoubtedly say that she works with the best team in the business. Hillary and her husband are parents to a smart and hilarious 8 year old named Austin.

Fun Fact: Hillary can tell you anything and everything you'd ever want to know about the Kardashians, Shahs of Sunset, or Bravo Housewives. 

Hayden Cilley

Hayden has been a luxury retail focused recruiter with RMI for nearly 5 years. Prior to joining RMI, Hayden left her hometown of Greenwich, Connecticut to work as a buyer specializing in e-commerce for companies such as Burberry, Cole Haan and Bluefly.com cumulatively for 15 years. Hayden and her husband have three beautiful, blue-eyed, blonde-haired young children. 

Fun Fact: In her free time, Hayden practices inversion yoga and loves coming up with creative craft projects with her kids. 

Julie Rachman 

Over the years, as a Contract Recruiter, Julie has found great satisfaction in meeting multi talented people while having the privilege of introducing them to a wide range of exciting Retail and CPG career opportunities. She loves being a part of building teams at the same time as providing career opportunities of a lifetime where people can thrive in their work and truly make a difference. Julie is the proud mother of three incredible children. 

Fun Fact: In her spare time, Julie teaches art to the at-risk youth of the Chicago school system.  

Nora Kulkarni

Nora joined RMI in 2014, looking for a chance to help usher people into the next chapter of their careers. As Operations Manager, she builds on her experience in retail, pharma, and project management to help formulate best practices that strengthen client relationships. An East Coast native, she and her husband live just far enough outside of LA to not always be stuck in traffic. 

Fun Fact: Nora is training for her third half marathon and has just returned to the stage in My Fair Lady after a brief twenty-year hiatus!
