Production Supervisor for Baking Plant
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Job Summary: Production Supervisor will lead team members in a manufacturing process that produces and ships, on-time, the highest quality food products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Primary Responsibilities
Supervises the scheduling, training, and accountability of up-to 50 shift employees
Drives support of company safety procedures though behavioral observations, participation in root cause discovery and daily trainings
Ensures compliance to plant policies, utilizing discipline when necessary with the goal of being firm, fair and consistent
Ensures the quality work processes that allow points in recipe specifications to meet the quality standards to safely and efficiently produce the highest quality foods; works closely with Safe Quality Food (SQF)
Actively support continuous improvement initiates, problem-solving, six sigma, training, continuous skills development, auditing, planned and/or autonomous maintenance
Facilitates meetings, provides a high standard of leadership and supports a positive level of engagement through ongoing communication, training, problem solving, effectively and consistently navigates through employee relations issues, and fosters a team environment
Assists operators, sanitors and mechanics with all equipment troubleshooting and with urgency around keeping equipment up and running
Ensures accurate downtime reporting and that all process orders are closed with proper paperwork
Achieves targeted KPIs
Responds to and addresses problems that prevent production lines from attaining 90% T-Max

Treasury Manager for Credit Union
Location: based in San Antonio, TX
Job Summary: This role is accountable for managing the functions relating to ALM risk management, investment activities, liability management, treasury operations and analytical support. The role is accountable in providing advice and recommendations for balance sheet activities designed to produce strong, successful and sustainable financial performance as well as help mitigate the asset/liability risks of the credit union to the Chief Financial Officer and to the Executive and Divisional staff members. This role will coordinate/collaborate with the lending and deposit gathering units to balance the desire for profitable loan business with funding at the least cost and interest rate risk. This position is responsible for complying with all policies, procedures, and processes involving the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) which relate to their specific position, duties, and responsibilities. Specific BSA components will include the Customer Identification Program (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Currency Transaction Reports (CTR), Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), and a working knowledge of job specific “Red Flags” to identify potential suspicious activity. It is mandated that each employee receive on-going BSA training on an annual basis.
Scientist, Analytical Chemistry (Physical Properties & Characterization) for Biotech Company
Location: San Leandro, CA
Job Summary: This is a laboratory-based position which focuses on analytical physical properties & characterization, to support company products. The candidate will be a member of analytical chemistry team, working with cross-functional technical development teams including strain engineering, molecular biology, fermentation, and Process Development. The successful candidate will use state-of-the-art technology, including HPLC, ultra-high-pressure LC, and Amino Acid Analyzer (AAA), Particle analyzer, Dissolution testing system (such as, USP Apparatus 4) and other technologies to achieve the project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze physical property of liquid/solid formulations for DOE study, stability study or scale up
Support sample preparation for LC-MS and RP-HPLC, which may involve multi-step cleanup techniques
Perform Moisture content analysis and particle size testing for powder formulation
Evaluate various formulations using different physical characterization techniques, such as viscosity, contact angle, and Scan Electron Microscope (SEM) characterization, in order to assist in determining the optimum formulation for our product
Lead by example and uphold company values
Requirements:
Ph.D. (2-5 years) or BS (12-17 years) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Analytical Chemistry or related fields in industry

Reporting into the Sr. Director of Strategy & Customer Engagement, this individual will lead the team responsible for developing data-driven customer acquisition and retention strategies critical for Company’s growth. This includes developing the strategies and analytic constructs required to maximize customer LTV (e.g. spend, retention) through lifecycle marketing as well as greater personalization and targeting.
